Back to topUsing this extension will allow the admin to be able to sign into the account panel of the customers without a password from the admin backend panel. It will enable the admin to have complete control over the account of the customers allowing the admin to quickly login and fix problems related to the customer accounts.
If the admin is using a marketplace, then, in this case, the admin will be able to login to the frontend account panel of the marketplace vendors without a password. Thus allowing the admin to have complete control over the accounts of the vendors thereby allowing the admin to fix the issues.
Note- To login as a vendor, you must have installed the Webkul's Multi Vendor Marketplace along with this module.
Use Case of Admin Login As Customer or Vendor -
It gets difficult for the admin to login to the account panel of the customers in case there is a change to be made within their account panel. Using this extension, the admin can quickly login to the frontend account panel of the customer by clicking a link to the respective customer. Similarly, if you are using a Multi Vendor Marketplace, then the admin will be able to log into to frontend account panel of the vendor from the admin backend without a password.

- The admin can login to the storefront from any customer's or vendor's account
Workflow Admin Login As Customer or Vendor -
After the successful installation, the admin needs navigate to the back-end panel. Here, the admin will navigate to Customers>All Customers. Now, for whomsoever customer you want to login, just click the "Login As Customer" link and it will redirect you to the storefront account panel of that customer.
Similarly, if the admin is using a Multi Vendor Marketplace then the admin will navigate to Marketplace Management >Manage Seller. Now, for whomsoever vendor you want to login just click the "Login As Vendor" link and it will redirect you to the storefront account panel of the vendor.
The admin can browser through both the customers' and vendors' accounts respectively and can make changes and perform actions as per the requirement.
Benefits Admin Login As Customer or Vendor -
The store owner can now log in to customer's account panel at the frontend without a password thus allowing the admin to make changes or fix issues in their account panel. Similarly, if the store owner is using a Multi Vendor Marketplace, the admin will be able to log in to the vendor’s account panel at the frontend without a password to make changes or fix issues within their account panel.
