Build Unique Export Profiles

Create as many export profiles as you need for various systems and match the requirements of the connected platform. For example, you can check the requirements of the NetSuite or SAP and configure file format, field naming and the frequency of the dispatch to make it suitable. 

Include Any Data Into The Export File

Select what fields to export: the UI has a tree-structure so that you could add the order data of any level, starting with the store view and ending with the custom product attributes. Thus, step by step, you can build any file structure you need. Use the search windows to find the required order entities in the popups faster. 

New: Modify Values in Export Files

Now you can apply modifiers to change the values during export automatically.

You can use any of the following modifier groups:

• Text Modifiers: Adjust the text of the text values by appending, prepending, capitalizing, etc.
• Numeric Modifiers: Use for number modifications, e.g. rounding prices.
• Date Modifiers: Specify a suitable date format.
• Custom Modifiers: Replace the output of one field with the value of another.

Export Specific Orders

If you don't need to export all existing orders, you may filter them. With advanced filtering, you can get the recordings with the required values, e.g. orders with the products from a particular supplier only. Moreover, exclude empty rows from the file to make it compact and relevant.

Select The Format

You can export orders from the Magento 2 backend using the following file types: XML, CSV, XLSX, ODS or JSON. Also, use a built-in PHP template engine Twig to make any adjustments in the format code right from the admin panel.

Customize The Naming

Each 3rd-party system has its own requirements for the files to validate them. To make your export file suitable, customize the naming of the columns in it, adjust the prefixes and delimiters before exporting.

Choose storage options for your export profiles: upload files to the internal or external server, send them to the Rest API Endpoint or add to the automatic email. Email recipients can be different for each profile.

For instance, you can export orders and send them to a supplier as soon as they appear in the admin panel with the help of the 'Order Creation' event or just run export every day at 4 p.m.

Perform Automatic Actions After Exporting

When specific orders are exported from the Magento, you may need to apply some updates to them, e.g. change their statuses. With the extension, you may set an automatic algorithm that will be applied after the export of a particular profile: invoice, cancel, ship orders or change the status programmatically. Also, you can notify shoppers about the changes and leave notes for internal usage.
