With this extension, admin users can delete unwanted orders, invoices, shipments and credit memos in an easy, user-friendly way in the Magento backend. Magento 2 allows the cancelation of orders and related items by default but not the removal of them. It's possible to remove orders, invoices, shipments and credit memos in bulk (via the mass action dropdown) or one-by-one (via the Delete button on the detail page). When related data of an order is removed, the order status will also be updated accordingly. No unnecessary data wil be left behind.

  • Easy to install and use
  • Mass delete orders/invoices/shipments/credit memos on the item's grid page
  • Individually delete an order/invoice/shipment/credit memo on the detail page of the item
  • When deleting an order, all linked data (invoices, shipments and credit memos) are deleted as well
  • Upon removal of an invoice, shipment or credit memo, the order status is adjusted accordingly
  • Confirmation window before actual removal to prevent accidental deletion

Deleting Orders

Orders can be deleted easily by using a mass action on the orders list page (Sales > Orders) or on the order view page. All related data (invoices, shipments and credit memos) will be removed as well.

Deleting Invoices

This extension also allows deletion of unwanted invoices. This can be done either on the invoices list page (Sales > Invoices) or on the invoice view page. When an invoice is deleted the status of an order is modified accordingly. It goes back to “Processing” if a shipment has been created or to “Pending” otherwise.

Deleting Shipments

Similar to orders and invoices, shipments can be removed in two ways. The first way is on the shipments list page (Sales > Shipments). The second one is through the shipment view page. After deleting a shipment, the order status is changed to “Processing” if an invoice has been created and no credit memo has been created or to “Pending” if no invoice and no credit memo have been created.

Deleting Credit Memos

The last type of items that can be removed with this extension are credit memos. One option to do this is via the credit memos list page (Sales > Credit Memos). The other option is on the credit memo view page. Once a credit memo is erased, the order status is changed to “Complete” if both an invoice and shipment have been created for the order or to “Processing” if only an invoice has been created.
