Note- This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.

Seller Buyer communication marketplace add-on will create a communication channel between the sellers and the buyers of the marketplace. This extension will create a contact us link on the product page that will allow the customers to directly ask the seller queries regarding the product. In return the seller can respond to the buyers query accordingly.

Both the sellers and the customers will have a section under their account panel where they can see their communication history and can reply back to each other. The customers can attach an image, document or any other file along with the message. The seller and the buyer get email notifications for each new message. The customers can also contact the seller via the profile page as well. The admin can also view, update or delete the communication messages between the sellers and the buyers.

Use Case of Seller Buyer Communication Marketplace Add-On -

Buyers are not very sure about the products and have many queries that they would like to ask before going for a purchase. Now here in this situation, using this extension the buyers can directly ask the seller questions related to the product and the seller can respond to each query accordingly. This will also build a trust factor between the sellers and the buyers.

Work flow of Seller Buyer Communication Marketplace Add-On -

After the successful installation of the extension by the admin, the buyers will find a Contact Us link at each of the product pages. Now, if a customer wants to ask a question related to a product he can do so by clicking the contact us link.This brings up a pop-up window wherein the buyer has to enter the subject and then the query(rest required fields are auto filled if its a logged in customer). The customer can also add image, document attachments or - Now, clicking the send button will send the message directly to the respective seller. The customers will also receive emails notification when a seller makes a reply to their query and can find all of their communication history.

The sellers can revert back to the query by going to their account menu option ' Buyer Seller Communication '. Here, under this section the seller will find all the communication records. The seller has to click on the view link to view the buyer's query regarding the particular product. Now, the seller can revert back to the customer by entering the message on the same page and clicking the send message button.

The admin will be able to view and delete the communication history between the sellers and the customers. The admin can also enable or disable the message notification to admin from the extension configuration.
