With the help of Quotation Payment Form Builder, the store owner is now allowed to create an order for the customer and share the order link via email to complete it. Furthermore, the customer can use this link to place an order. While completing the order the customer will be able to check all the details regarding the order consisting of product name, SKU, price, quantity, discount, tax amount, shipping & handling charges. Along with adding products available on the store, the admin can also add service products in the order, upload file attachments, and select the payment and shipping methods to be visible during the checkout.

How Does The Extension Work?

Create Service Order For Registered & Guest Users 

The admin can create orders for both the registered users or guest users. In the case of a guest user, the admin will have to create a new customer.

 

Select Store/Store View

Once the admin selects or creates the customer, the admin needs to select a store and store view. All the available store views will be shown to the admin.

 

Add Web Store Products

Now the admin can add any kind of Magento store products from these simple, configurable, virtual, downloadable, bundle, and grouped products. The admin is allowed even to edit or remove the added products and their quantities. Along with this, the admin can also add the “out-of-stock products” to the customer order. And the admin is allowed to apply the discount to the additional services and products.

 

Add Service Items

If needed, store owners can also offer additional service products but not listed in the Magento store. The admin can easily add the service products to the order while creating the customer order. To create service products, the admin will have to define the service name and its price.

 

Restrict Payment & Shipping Methods

The admin will have to select the payment & shipping information for the order. The admin can either select all online payment & shipping methods that are available or select a certain method that will be visible to the customer at the checkout page.

 

Upload Order File Attachment

If needed the admin can upload the attachment file to the order. For the customer to be able to see, it needs to be in any of these formats .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, pdf.

 

Send Order Link Via. Email

If the admin selects the checkbox defining the send order link then the email consisting of order details will be sent to the registered email address of the customer. Or the admins can complete the order by themselves. 

 

Complete Order To Make Payment

Once the mail is received by the customer, The customers can now review the order details created at the admin end and complete the order process by clicking on Proceed to Pay and choosing the shipping method. Once the order is placed after the verification from the customer end. Orders can be tracked under my order section of the customer profile. With the help of the Proceed to Pay button, customers can complete the order after verifying the details in the link provided by the admin or the sales agent.
