RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) is an important factor for the success of any eCommerce Portal. Product Return RMA allows your customer to request a return without any effort. The customer can even ask for a product exchange if they are not satisfied with the product or find any issue with it. This wonderful module not only helps the registered customers but also the guest users.

Product Return RMA module allows the admin to set up Return Merchandise Authorization in the store. The customers can create RMA request for returning the products. The admin can create shipping labels for return products including a bar-code. The user can select the return reason, print shipping label, and prefer resolution type as refund or return. The admin can manage RMA requests using different status - pending, processing, canceled, declined, solved. For more information about RMA click here.

Product return is an essential part of any e-commerce store. As goods are bought without the physical inspection by the buyers. The sellers have to accept the product return for any defect or an issue. RMA extension does the complete management of this return process. It also generates the shipping label for the returned product with a barcode.

Workflow of Product Return RMA -

After the module installation, navigate through System-> Configuration->RMA System. Enter the return policy details, admin name, email, return days limit, and allowed order status. Then navigate through RMA System -> Manage Reason->Add New. Enter the reason provided details and set the status as enabled. To manage shipping label navigate through RMA Systems-> Manage Shipping Label. Set the title, label image, price, and status.

Now to create a new RMA request, the customers have to navigate through My Account->RMA->Request New RMA. Select the order, return reason, the package condition, resolution type, delivery status, and click Submit Request. The customer can also include images and additional information with the RMA request. guest users can also create RMA request for product return.

The admin manages all the RMA request under RMA System > Manage All RMA. After selecting the request, the admin can send a message, approve the request, and select the shipping label.
