Back to topPricelist extension is used to create customized price rules according to the product, category, minimum quantity, and minimum price. With pricelist functionality, the admin can create different price rules and use them in creating the price lists. The admin can very easily make a price list targeting specific customers or customer groups and the admin can view, add, edit, and delete the price rules and the price lists.
Moreover, this extension is very beneficial for those who want to offer different prices for different customers such as retailers, wholesalers, vendors, new customers, etc. The admin can view, add, edit, and delete the price rules and the price lists.
Note - This module does not support bundle products but price rule for product and category will only applicable for bundled products. Product rule for quantity and the total price will not be applicable to bundle products. The price rules will be applicable to the base price and not on the special/group/tier pricing.

With this module, the admin can create multiple price lists and combine price rules, customers, and customer groups. How Does The Extension Work?
Enable/Disable Pricelist
After the successful installation of the module, the admin will enable the module from the backend panel. The admin will have the "Price List" tab in the admin panel.
View Price List Section
Under the “View Price List” section, the admin can view all the existing pricelists and can also edit or delete them. The admin can also create new pricelists.
Create Multiple Pricelists
For creating the Pricelist, the admin will provide Pricelist name, priority, start date, end date, and status.
Add Price Rules
The admin can dynamically create price rules using various entities like the product, category, product quantity, and total product price. Set the name of the price rule. Choose “increase/decrease price” to add or subtract the calculated amount to the product’s price define price calculation by “percent price” or “fixed price”. Set the amount for the “price type”. Set the priority for the price rule. The admin can view all the existing price rules and can also edit or delete them.
Select Customers & Customer Groups
The admin can select the customer and customer groups for the respective Pricelists. This way the admin can create various pricelists having various custom price rules.
Set Price Rule On Category/Quantity/Total Value
The admin can add various products to the price rule if the price rule application is on products. And add the categories to the price rule if the price rule application is in categories. The admin can set the quantity to the price rule if the price rule application is on product quantity. The admin can also set total to the price rule if the price rule application is on the total product price.
View Price List Rules Section
Under the “View Price List Rules” section, the admin can view all the existing price rules and can edit or delete them. The admin can also create new price rules.
For creating price rule, the admin will provide price rule name, price calculation type, price type, amount, priority, and status. A price rule can be based on the product, category, product quantity, and total product price.
Storefront Workow
At the frontend, the customers can view the product prices as per the price list and price rules set. All the prices will be automatically updated as per the rule and conditions set.
