To make use of this extension, you must first have installed the Multi Vendor Marketplace extension in the first place.

The Google Places API is a service that accepts HTTP requests for location data through a variety of methods. It returns formatted location data and imagery about establishments, geographic locations, or prominent points of interest.

We have incorporated the Google Maps API to get the address suggestions while adding the location for a booking product and to display the location of the booking product on the product page for the respective booking product. 

This extension converts your store into a dynamic website where the customers can book slots for the various booking products that are created by the store admin as well as the marketplace vendors.

How does this extension Work?

Store Admin Workflow

Configuration

After the successful installation of the extension, the admin will enter the Google API key and set the option for approval required for questions asked by customers for the booking product. 

Apart from that, the admin will enable the available booking product types for the sellers. The enabled booking products can be created by the vendors of the marketplace. The admin will also set up the transactional emails and the booking cancellation configuration for the booking products. 

Admin Options

The admin will also be able to create the booking products, the admin will get a few options in the admin backend after the installation of the extension. 

View Booking Orders

Here, the admin can view the booking orders that have been made by the customers and manage them.

View Booking Products

Here, the admin can view the complete list of booking products that have been created and can create the booking products from this particular section.

View Questions 

The admin under this section can view all the questions that have been asked by the customers for the hotel booking products. Apart from that, the admin can also view the answers to those questions as well made by other customers. The admin can also delete the answers if required. 

Cancellation Requests

Here, the admin can view the cancellation requests made by the customers for the booking products.

View Calendar

Here, the admin can view the bookings in a calendar view. Apart from that, the admin can tap on a particular booking to view the details of the booking order.

The vendors of the marketplace will get a few options to manage the booking products under their own account panel. 

Add Booking Product

Under this section, the vendors will be able to create the booking products. The vendors can create hotels, appointments, events, rentals, tables, and default booking product types using the extension.

Booking Product List

Under this section, the vendors can easily view the complete list of booking products that they have created and can manage them as well as required.

View Questions

Here, the vendor can view all the questions that have been asked by the customers for the hotel booking products. The vendors can also view the replies made to the asked questions and can delete the answers as required.
