Note - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Webkul's Marketplace Module first.

Buyer Seller Communication Marketplace Add-On will allow communication between the buyer and the seller. A buyer will be able to ask queries about a product and the seller can respond to the same to solve the buyer query. Both customers and the guests will be able to ask the seller their queries. The communication system allows the admin to send a message to the customer via order. Thus, helping management of the issues relative to the orders. Communication in the B2C marketplace is very hard. It's hard to track all the conversations between the marketplace vendor and buyer. Marketplace buyer-seller communication is the best module to solve this problem.

This add-on is vital to the sellers as well as the customers/buyers. This module will allow the buyers to ask queries related to the seller products. The buyer can ask the seller a query and the reply from the seller can be seen under the buyer account menu item buyer-seller communication. How Does The Extension Works?

Select Order Status

The admin can allow or restrict multiple settings. Here, the admin can set the mail notifications to The admin/seller, designate the order status, if the queries are approved or not, and control the guest customers. 

 

Contact Seller Link

The extension allows the customer to contact sellers via the seller profile page and their product page. They can simply fill in the details in a popup form appearing on these pages. It makes the process efficient and easy.

 

Seller Response

The raise query is visible to the seller in My communication history. Therein the seller can take advantage of reverting to the queries. This section allows them to keep a record of the communication.

 

View Communication History

The customer, on the other hand, can also keep a record of the messages in this section. They can check the revert of the seller in this section. 

 

Backend Monitoring Conversations

In order to maintain the store standards, it's compulsory for the store owner to monitor the communication. They can view the query list and in case of disabled auto-approval, they can approve the same.

 

Admin Order Communication

The admin can communicate with the customer via Orders. It helps to manage the orders much efficiently.

 

Email Notifications

As per the admin settings, the seller, customer, and admin can receive the mail of the queries raised. It allows them to track down the communication record in the form of the mail. The admin can set the mail template for various activities in the store with regard to communication.
