Back to topWith this Quick Product Edit, the admin can quickly edit product details from the storefront product view page. The admin can simply modify the various product information by editing each section of the product page, such as description, SKU, quantity, price, special price, stock, tax class, visibility, SEO information and much more. Using this module, the admin will be able to edit the product page in real-time and view the changes happening. This module can save a lot of time for the store owner, allowing for more effective store management.
Note - For now, it works only with simple, virtual, downloadable, and configurable product types.
As an online store owner, the merchant may be selling a huge number of products. There may be a case where something is required to be updated more urgently. Instead of going back to the admin panel, again and again, saving the product and then viewing the frontend changes. The admin can straightaway do the changes on the frontend on a real-time basis and update the product information like - SKU, price, quantity, description, etc. Further in Magento, if the administrator wants to alter any product details, he or she must go through a step-by-step process and locate the product from the list. This means that the admin cannot edit a specific part by going to it directly. First, the administrator must go over the previous sections. This takes a significant amount of time. For example, the administrator wants to alter the description information section. After that, the admin modifies the customer and product sections before moving on to the description detail section. Quick Product Edit module, on the other hand, allows administrators to edit the product page from a single page. The admin can update any section of the product without having to go through the stages that come before it with this module.

How Does The Extension Work?
On successfully installing the module, the admin needs to first enable the extension from the backend admin panel module configuration page.
- Edit Fronted Product View Page
Once the admin login to the backend panel, the admin can go to the storefront product page and view the Edit option visible in the top-right corner of the product page. Please make sure that the session is active and the admin has not logged out from the backend panel.
- Edit Complete Product Information
After clicking the Edit option, a pop-up window appears, from where the admin can edit the product category, product name, price, description, short description, quantity, sku, special price, special price from, special price to, stock, stock availability, visibility, tax class, weight, URL key, meta title, meta keywords, meta description.
- Rich Text Editor
The admin can edit the product description with a rich text editor having all the formatting options like bold, italics, adding hyperlinks, bullet points, add image (in the description) and much more.
- Inline Product Edit
Moreover, the admin can edit directly on the product without a click on the Edit button. The admin can edit the details - name of the product, the price, SKU.
