Order Tag extension provides a better order management procedure for the store owner. Having a tag on every order shows the type of the order and so the owner can proceed further with the arrived orders on the store. The admin can create different types of tags from their end and assign them to the orders. The tags are also auto-assigned to the orders as per the rules set by the admin. They can easily create various tags as per various tag appearances like text, image, or both for orders. The tags are like Refund, Urgent, Bulk Order, Fast Delivery, etc. The admin can also mass assign the tags to the orders and also remove them.

Business Value

Since order management is the most critical part of any eCommerce business so to manage it in a better way is a must. With the help of the Order Tag module, the admin would be able to manage the orders very smoothly. As the tags on the orders will help the admin to identify its type so that the admin can proceed further with the order accordingly. Also, it increases customer satisfaction as well.

For example, if the customer has ordered some fragile material, then the admin can assign the fragile tag to that order and process the shipment accordingly. In such a way the customer order will safely be delivered to the customer’s door-step.
