Note - This module is an add-on to Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.

With Price List Marketplace Add-On, the sellers and the store admin can create price rules and price lists for their products and customers. The price rule will be applicable to the product, category, product quantity, or total product price. The calculation can be a per cent or fixed based to either increase or reduce the price. After creating price rules, the sellers can assign them to the price list and set priority, start date, and end date. Further, the sellers or the admin can even assign a price list to specific customers as well. Multiple price rules and price lists can be created to target different customer segments.

Previously if a seller or a store owner wants to provide different prices for a product to different customers then he was unable to set different prices for the different customers but using Price List Marketplace Add-On the sellers, as well as the store admin, can overcome this difficulty and can create a different price list for their products and can enable them for their customers accordingly. Now, with the help of the Price List Marketplace Add-On, the merchants can add different price lists for their products and can enable the price list for their customers so that they can purchase the product with the set price.

How Does The Extension Works?

Create Multiple Price Rules

The seller and the admin can add the price rule and assign it to the product, category, and can also set the price rule on the basis of the quantity of the product. Set the name of the price rule. Select active to enable the price rule. Else, select deactive to disable.

Price Rule Calculation

The seller or the admin can either choose the ‘Increase Price’ option to add the calculated amount to the product’s price or the ‘Decrease Price’ option to subtract the calculated amount to the product’s price. Select the price operation type as fixed or percentage and then set the amount for the price type operation.

Apply Price Rule On Product

If the seller or the admin applies the price rule on the product. Then, they will select its product for assigning the price rule.

Apply Price Rule On Category

If the price rule applied to the product category. Then, then it needs to select the store categories for creating the price rule. Multiple categories and sub-categories can be selected.

Apply Price Rule On Product Quantity

If applied the price rule on product quantity. Then, then it will define the total product quantity which the customer will add.

Apply Price Rule On Product Price

If applied the price rule on Total Product Price. Then, then it will define the total product price or value for assigning this price rule.

Manage Priority

The seller or the admin can set the priorities for both price rules and price lists. If a price list includes multiple price rules and multiple price rules are applicable to the same products. Then, the price rule with the least value for “Priority” will be applicable finally.

Manage Price Lists

The seller or the admin can add the price list and then can assign the price rules to the price list. Enter the name of the price list. The seller can set the priority, the start date for the price list to be active. Set the end date for the price list to get inactive. Set status to be– Active/Deactive the price list.

Assign Price List To Customers

Under this section, the seller or the admin will select the customers and enable the price list for the selected customers. The sellers can enable the price list only for those customers who have purchased their products. As the price list will be applied, the different prices will be visible to the selected customers on the storefront.
