    Note 1 - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.

    Note 2 - For uploading products with custom attributes and custom options, you need to install Custom Attribute Marketplace Add-On and Custom Option Marketplace Add-on respectively.

    Mass Upload Marketplace Add-On Magento 2 Mass upload marketplace add-on allows the sellers to add products to the store using CSV/XLS/XML file. The mass upload marketplace add-on supports simple, configurable, virtual, and downloadable types of products. Mention all the details such as name, category, price, stock, description, tax, etc. in the file including the images. The admin can also upload the products for the seller from the back-end.

     

    Business Value

    A bulk number of products can be added to the store with the use of this add-on. Given the hundreds of products sold by the sellers adding bulk products to the store becomes a very time-consuming process. The images can be generated by the admin or a seller using mass upload marketplace add-on, with all the appropriate product information. Also, the module helps the admin or a seller to update/edit the bulk product using CSV / XLS / XML. The cross-sell, up-sell, and the related products will also be visible to the customers under the cart page and the product page, so as to make it easier for the customers to access similar products.

    How Does The Extension Works?

    Once the extension is installed, the admin needs to select the product types for mass upload. After that, the sellers can only bulk upload those product types which have been selected from the backend admin panel configuration. The sellers can mass upload simple, downloadable, virtual, and configurable products as selected by the admin.

     

    Select Attribute Set

    With the help of Mass Upload Marketplace Add-On, the seller can select the attribute set, upload files for products and images, and click upload profile. Select the profile after uploading the files, and click run profile. The products begin adding to the store.

    The seller can select the type of product and the attributes to export the product data, click Export. 

    Download the CSV file of product data containing the selected attributes.

    The admin can select the set of attributes from the back end, upload CSV & zip images and then save. The admin will select the seller and profile after uploading the files, then click on run profile. The products add to the store.

     

    Bulk Marketplace Product Upload Via. CSV/XML/XLS

    Sellers can use three types of file types-CSV, XLS, and XML to mass upload the products The seller must choose the set attribute, upload the CSV file and zip images. 

    The data flow profile is useful for mapping the database to the correct product attributes. The sellers can map attributes using multiple data profiles. The seller can export the product according to the type of product. The seller will also be able to export the customized product attributes.

     

    Update Bulk Product Data

    After uploading the mass products, all the uploaded cross-sell, related, and up-sale products will be visible while editing the product. The admin can also add the new product or delete the existing product. The uploaded cross-sell, related, and up-sell products will also be visible to the customers under the product page and cart page.

    From the store backend, the admin can mass upload products for the sellers. The admin can upload CSV, XLS, XML product database files. Select seller for mass product upload. Product type supported - simple, downloadable, virtual, configurable. Select the attribute set for mass product upload. Upload multiple product images in a zip file.

     

    Export Marketplace Product Data

    With the help of this feature, the admin and the seller will be able to export the product.

    The admin will be able to export the product based on the seller and the product types. The seller will be able to export the product based on the product type. The seller will also be able to export the custom attributes of the products
