After the successful installation of the extension, the admin will configure the extension settings in the admin back-end. Here, the admin will enable the extension for use, enter the Facebook Page ID, set up the logged in and logged out greetings, and set the theme color.
At the web store front-end, the customers will find a messenger icon. Tapping that icon brings up a pop-up to enter the Facebook user name and the password. After entering the details, the customer is logged into the Facebook Messenger and can start chatting with the store owner.
The customers can send in images, text, emojis, and can even send likes through the messenger. This way the customers can easily ask their queries over the Facebook Messenger Chat and the the admin can resolve the customer queries quickly and thus increasing the customer confidence in the web store and thereby boosting the sales as well.
