CyberSource Payment extension enables merchants to accept payments securely, without involving the risks in handling payment data. So additionally, this solution enables online store owners to deliver seamless payment experiences to shoppers. The extension uses the SOAP toolkit API for capturing payment and process refunds. It supports various kinds of cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, etc.

Security & PCI Compliance
CyberSource Secure Acceptance Hosted Checkout provides a secure hosted customer checkout experience. It consists of securely managed payment forms or as a single page payment form for capturing payment card data and processing transactions. It also enables the merchants to decrease Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) obligations and reduces any risks associated with handling or storing sensitive payment information. The merchant can outsource the capturing and managing payment card data to Secure Acceptance, which is designed to accept card payments securely.
Upon checkout, customers are redirected to the CyberSource website. After that, the customer enters his or her payment information directly into the CyberSource secure environment so that the webshop never comes into contact with the customer's payment data. Once the payment process is verified and completed, customers will be redirected back to the online store.
- In the order details, the payment information will have - payment method name, card type, card number (encrypted), processed amount, transaction ID, and currency used.
- Customers are redirected to the CyberSource checkout page to process payment.
- Tokenization is done for validation purposes.
- No customer data is stored on the Magento server.

How Does The Extension Works?
Module Configuration
After the successful installation of the module, the admin can configure the module from the back-end. The admin needs to enable the module and enter the Merchant ID, Transaction Key, Profile ID, Secret Key, and Access Key of their CyberSource account. The admin can also refund for the order online by using CyberSource.
CyberSource Checkout
The customers of the store need to select the CyberSource Secured Acceptance under the payment method while checking out from the cart. After that, the customer needs to fill in the Billing and Shipping information along with the Payment Details.
