Back to topCustom Registration Fields extension allows the admin to extend the default sign-up/registration page of customers. Multiple form fields using various input types can be created such as text, text area, date, drop down, yes/no, multiple select, radio-button, media image, file upload or create dependable fields. The admin can choose to display or hide these custom form fields on the sales email, order, and invoice as required. Additionally, the admin can display a customizable pop-up window showing the terms & conditions and privacy policy checkbox on the customer sign-up page.
Apart from displaying the Personal Information, Sign-In Information, and Additional Information sections, the admin can enable the Address Information section as well. This will display the following address fields - company, phone number, street address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, and country on the sign-up form.
All the additional information provided can be updated by the customers from the My Account section. Also, the admin can update the same additional information from the backend.

How Does The Extension Work?
Adding New Custom Field
Once the module has been installed, go to the backend admin panel and follow 'Custom Registration>Manage Custom Fields' and click 'Add New Field'.
The admin needs to provide the field attribute information such as - label, code, input type, values required, input validation, sort order, and the set status as enabled.
Manage Custom Fields Visibility
Under the Actions, drop-down option and select Manage Display Fields to display/hide the custom fields within the order, invoice, and email. Apart from that, the admin can also choose to enable or disable the custom fields completely as required.
Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy Checkbox
Now to configure the terms & conditions and privacy policy details, go to 'Stores>Configuration>Webkul>Custom Registration Settings>Terms & Conditions and Privacy Settings'. The admin first needs to enable the status and then set the heading, button label, text color, header color, background color, display content as HTML or Text, and enter the content.
Address Information Section
Here, the admin can also enable/disable the Address Field. If enabled, then the customer has the option to enter the address fields on the registration page itself else the customer has to option of saving the address later.
Updating Additional Information
After the successful registration, the customer can anytime update the information by navigating through 'My Account>Additional Account Information' and edit the provided information. The updated information gets reflected automatically within the respective field values.
