How Does B2B Marketplace Extension Work?

Configure B2B Marketplace

The first step is to install the B2B Marketplace module, configure the settings, and set the mandatory features like buyer registration, pricing, and payment options. All this can be done by Admin only through Admin Panel. 

B2B Suppliers Registration

Once done with the installation part of the module, sellers can register themselves by creating a seller account on B2b Marketplace. This includes details such as the company name, address, Tax ID, and other business-related information. The account will be approved by the admin of the marketplace before the seller starts selling its products. 

B2B Product Listing Management

After the approval of the seller account by the admin, now the sellers can start showcasing and managing their products on B2B Marketplace. In product listing mandate information will be the product details, images, pricing, inventory management, and returns. Sellers get their separate dashboards to manage all these things. 

Buyer Registration

Buyers can create a customer or buyer account on the B2B Marketplace by filling in some mandatory info in the buyer registration form such as company name, address, Tax ID, and other business-related information. Buyer’s accounts also get approval from the admin end before they start making some purchases. 

B2B Catalog Browsing and Ordering

Once the buyer gets registered, then it starts purchasing by browsing the product catalog, searching the products and can place orders as needed from the B2B Marketplace. Buyers can also request quotes and negotiate prices and bulk orders.  

RFQ ( Request For Quotation ) Management
