Back to topNote - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.
Credit Management Marketplace Add-On, enables the vendors to give credit points to customers for purchases. The earned credit points can be redeemed either on the cart page or at the checkout page. A vendor can set the value for each credit point and create different credit rules based on - total sales, product price, or on a particular product. Details about the credit point transactions can viewed by the customers and the store admin as well.
If you are looking for a solution that will enable your marketplace sellers to reward their most loyal and active customers. Then using the Credit Management Marketplace Add-On, the sellers can build loyalty reward programs for their customers. Every seller can customize the credit rules for their customers to earn the reward points. Using loyalty rewards points, the customers will be encouraged to make repeat purchases from the same seller.

How Does The Extension Works?
Price Per Credit Point
After the successful installation of the module, the vendor can manage credit rules from their marketplace panel. First, the vendor will set the value of each credit point.
Credit Rules Based On - Total Sale/Price/Product
Credit rule can be select by the seller based on three rules. In total sales rule, the seller will set the particular sales amount for a customer, on which credit will apply. Product price rule- the credit will be applied to specified product price which is selected by the seller. Particular product rule- if a seller has selected a particular product as credit rule then credits will apply to that particular product.
Then, the vendor will enter the amount and the number of credit points. The vendor will also decide the time-period based on the date.
Manage Multiple Credit Rules
The seller can manage the credit rules from their marketplace panel. The seller will have a separate tab to view and manage the complete details of the credit point. The seller can even edit and delete the existing credit rules by using a checkbox. The seller can also select all listed credit rules and delete respectively.
Appy Credit Points At Shopping Cart Or Checkout
When the customer adds the product to the cart, there will a drop-down for Seller’s Credit. Here, the customer can select multiple Seller’s credits on the same order and apply it. The customer can also cancel the credits. The customer can apply for Seller’s Credit and remove applied credit points on the checkout page.
View Credit Details - Customer
The customers can view their credit details under the “Credit Details” section. View all the credit points in a list, description of each credit, transaction type, and date of credit created in the credit details. Total Credits- here the buyer can view the seller name, total number of credit, and the amount for total credits. Total Debits - here the customer can see the number of credit points debited and the amount debited. Remaining Credit - here customers can view total credit, debited credit, and remaining credit.
View Credit Details - Marketplace Admin
The admin can able to see the credit amount in the customer order and also able to see the seller's credit details in the grid. View the seller’s credit details like the product ID, seller name, status, customer name, number of credits. See the type of transaction like credit, debit in the seller's credit details. Check the credit description in the seller's credit detail. The admin can see the “Credited Amount” by checking the order ID of the customer.
