Royal Mail is a British postal service and courier company, originally established in 1516. It provides mail collection and delivery services throughout the UK. Letters and parcels are deposited in a post or parcel boxes or are collected in bulk from businesses, and then transported to Royal Mail sorting offices. Royal Mail connects companies, customers, and communities across the UK, delivering a ‘one-price-goes-anywhere’ universal postal service to over 29 million addresses.
Using Royal Mail Marketplace Add-On, the admin and the sellers of the marketplace can provide their customers with the option of choosing the Royal Mail shipping courier services for getting their products delivered. The shipping rate is calculated according to the product weight and the customer's destination country. The origin of the admin and the sellers must be the United Kingdom to use Royal Mail shipping. Every seller can connect their Royal Shipping account with the marketplace store.

The customers can use the Royal Mail marketplace shipping method to receive their orders. Furthermore, customers can also track their orders.
Account & Pricing
An additional account is needed to use this extension. The store admin and marketplace sellers must have a separate account at Royal Mail.

- The admin can set the Royal Mail shipping method Title Name that is Visible on the frontend.

How Does The Extension Works?
Royal Mail Shipping Setup
The admin can manage the title of the module, client id, and client secret key, price size, and weight unit. Moreover, the admin can select the domestic method, shipping countries, select the handling fee i.e. fixed or percentage.
Furthermore, the admin can enter the error message that will be displayed to the customers when this shipping method will not be able for the customers. The admin can also enable debug mode to generate the log files.
Note - The admin will need to set the currency rate in the U.K. (United Kingdom) for the working of the module. The admin can set the base currency rate by navigating to the currency rates from the Store menu in the admin panel.
Connect Royal Mail Shipping With Marketplace
If the admin has allowed the sellers to add their Royal Mail Shipping Details, then the seller can also enter their Royal Mail credentials from the seller dashboard.
Print Packing Slip & Send Tracking Details
From the My Order History in the seller dashboard, the seller can also view the details of the order and enter the tracking number of the order. Once the seller adds the tracking number, the seller can also print the packing slip easily.
Various Royal Mail Delivery Options Supported
Now, when a customer will add the product to the cart and will process further to place the order the customer can see the Marketplace Royal Mail shipping method as a shipping method to select the shipping method for their products. The customer can also see the selected shipping method on the order review & payments page and complete the order. The customer can also see the Shipping Method on the order history page from their customer account.
