    Note - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first. 

    RMA System Marketplace Add-On will help in product or order return between the customer and the seller. The customers will be able to file a return, replace or refund for a product. If the seller is satisfied with the RMA reason of the customer, then the seller will be able to return, replace, or refund. The extension allows your customers to request a return without any effort. The customer can even ask for a product exchange if they are not satisfied with the product or find any issue with it. This wonderful module not only helps the registered customers but also the guest users. The admin can specify the time limit for the customers to create RMA. And, the customers have to generate RMA within that stipulated time set by the admin. The admin is also able to manage various reasons for RMA. The customer has to select the RMA reason while creating any new RMA. For the refund, the seller can manage the refund process through his panel.

    RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is an important factor for the success of any e-commerce Portal. If someone is doing the purchase online, then there are many chances where they want to replace, exchange, or want a refund for their order. And if your marketplace is having easy replace exchange, or refund process, then of course the customer prefers your website more. As they get assured that their money is not going to waste if their purchase is not up to the mark.

    There can be many reasons when the customer wants to place an RMA request. Such as incorrect product or size ordered, product no longer needed, the product did not match the description on the website or in the catalog, the seller shipped wrong product or size, and many more.

    RMA is an essential feature of any functional e-commerce store. It provides freedom to the customer to return and exchange the bought goods. This RMA System Marketplace Add-On provides the RMA feature to the marketplace customers and also allows guest customers to create RMA which is a plus.

    How Does The Extension Works?

    Email Notification

    The admin can enter their email address. On every RMA request, the admin will receive and enable notification. 

     

    Default Allowed Days

    The admin can decide the number of days up to which a customer can request for the RMA.

     

    Seller Manage RMA

    The admin can the seller both can manage the RMA requests from their end.

     

    RMA Reasons

    The admin can add RMA reasons for the customers. Which they will choose while requesting for RMA.

     

    New RMA Request

    The customers can request a new RMA from the front-end. While creating a new RMA request, the customer has to select the type of RMA request of the order. The customers have to select the product and its quantity and also the reason behind that RMA request.

     

    Cancel Request 

    If the invoice for the particular order is not generated, then the customer can cancel that order. The admin/seller can either Decline the cancel request or can Authorise the same for the customer.

     

    Replace/Exchange Request

    If the invoice for the product is already generated, then the customer can replace the item. Once the admin/seller has received the package, the can change the status of the RMA status as Received Package.

     

    Refund Request

    If the invoice is generated then only the customer can go for a refund. The admin/seller can either approve or decline the refund request of the customers. The admin/seller can either partial refund or provide a full refund to the customer.

     

    Solve RMA Request

    To mark the RMA request as solved, the customer needs to tick the "Agree To Mark It As Solved" checkbox from their end.
