Note - This module is an add-on to Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.
Vendor Reward Marketplace Add-On enables the admin to allow the marketplace sellers to provide reward points to their customers. The seller can allocate reward points to the customers based on their purchases (product-wise/category-wise/cart amount-wise) they perform in the web store.
The admin can even allocate reward points to the customers based on purchases and behavioral activities (registration/product reviews). The customers can redeem their reward points at checkout.
Feature List
- The module can be enabled or disabled by the admin.
- Reward points for customer activities (registration/product reviews) managed by the admin.
- The seller can add/manage the shopping cart rules.
- The seller can add/manage reward points for all or certain products/categories.
- Reward points for the customers for their purchases, posting a new product review and registering on their web store.
- Admin can track the point’s transaction history of all the customers.
- Customers can redeem their points at the checkout page for their new orders.
- Customers can track their points via their accounts and email notifications.
- The customers can check reward points as Total points, Used points, Remaining points, and Pending points in the “My reward points” section.
Use case

Workflow
After the successful installation of the module, the admin can enable the module from the back end.
Define Reward Point Value
The store owner can define the value of one reward point in terms of money for the customer. It can be defined in the decimal figure also.
Limit on Reward Points
Define the maximum limit of the reward points that the customers can avail.
Usage of Reward Points
Define the maximum reward points that the customers can avail at a time.
Rewards Points on Registration
The store admin can enable or disable the reward point’s assignment to the customer at the time of registration.
Allocate Rewards Points on Product Review
The admin can enable the reward points assignment to the customers on giving feedback for the product.
Rewards Points on Order Placement
Define rewards points for the customers that they'll get after placing the order.
Basis of Rewards Calculation
The admin and the seller can set the reward points calculation based on Cart, Product, or Category for the placed orders.
Reward Details
The website users can see their allocated reward points in their account along with the details such as Total Points, Used Points, Remaining Points, and Pending Points.
Mail Notifications
The customer will get notified through mail on the reward point assignment for registration.
Scenarios to get the Reward points
The website customers can get reward points on various scenarios such as Registration on the website, Submitting product reviews (approved by admin required), Specific product purchase, Customer’s total purchase, and Specific product category purchases.
