Note - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.

Question Answer Marketplace Add-On is a very useful module as it provides a mode of interaction between the customer and the seller/admin for clearing any doubt regarding the product. This add-on allows the admin to participate in clearing the doubts of the customer as well. Customer can like or dislike any of the answers. The admin can manage all the Question and answers and he can choose to auto or manually approve Questions to be visible on Product page. The admin can also answer any question and also the admin can delete any answer or question.

Use Case of Question Answer Marketplace Add-On -

This add-on is super useful when the customers have any doubts or queries. Customers ask question to the product owner i.e. The admin or seller, and if the product belongs to seller then both the admin and seller can respond to it. If the product belongs to the admin then only admin can answer that question. In case a customer query/question is already been asked by someone else then customer will instantly get the answer to their query by just simply reading the answers made on the previous question. Customer can see all the answers and they can also like or dislike them as well.

Workflow  of Question Answer Marketplace Add-On -

After the successful installation of the Question Answer Marketplace Add-on, Customer can see “View QA” tab on every product of marketplace. The customer can visit the product page and can see all the questions and answers made on that product. For answers, like and dislike button will be available and customer can like or dislike the answer. Customer can also sort the questions by “Most Helpful” or “Recent”. In Most Helpful, questions will be shown in the order of maximum likes on the answers.

When customer asks the question on a seller's product then seller and the admin will get the notifying mail. The admin will have to approve that question, then the seller will able to see that question and able to respond on that.

The seller can reply on the question either from product page or from “View MPQA” link under marketplace tab. Here, the seller can see all the questions which are asked for his products. When the seller clicks on the link, the seller will get a page where they can reply to that question.

In System-> Configuration, the admin can see settings for this add-on. Here the admin can choose to auto or manually approve Questions to be visible on Product page and can also enable or disable email notification. In the admin panel, there is an option for MPQA Management in the Marketplace tab. In this there is grid available, where Admin can see all the question which is asked by the customers. Here in the grid admin can approve or disapprove questions and can also delete questions. When the admin will click on ‘Click to Response’, then the admin can see all the answers for that question and can also delete any answer and give answer on that question.

The admin can give answer to question and can also delete any answer if he wants.
