Note- This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.
The Event Manager Marketplace Add-on allows you to create event type products. The sellers or the admin can add multiple events and sell the tickets on the marketplace. Different types of tickets such as general, VIP, early bird etc. can be created using custom options. All the upcoming events are listed on the 'Upcoming Events' page.
When a customer books a ticket, auto-generated QR code is sent with the order details. The seller can scan and check the QR code for validation using a mobile phone or QR code scanner. The seller can even send a reminder email to all the event goers for notifying them about any changes.

With the help of event manager marketplace add-on, you can create event marketplace for the customers. All the sellers will have the functionality to create an event type of products. The sellers can sell any number of tickets and manage the orders from their end. They can create an invoice, send order details with QR code to the customers for validation.

Work Flow of Event Manager Marketplace Add-on -
So after installing the module, the admin will first set the event categories, image types, and upcoming events date range. Show or hide event terms check box on the front-end. Add any prefix for the event QR code can also be entered.
Now, to add an event product the sellers will go to My Account>Add Event Ticket and fill all information about an event. The sellers can use custom options for creating different kinds of tickets.
The customers will see the event products in the category selected by the sellers. The customers can also view all the event product listings on the 'Upcoming Events' page. The customer will select the event, choose the ticket type, then add the event product to the cart and complete the checkout process. When the seller creates the invoice, the customers can view and print the tickets with the QR code.
At the time event, the sellers can scan the QR code using their mobile phone and visit the link for validation. After opening the link, the ticket status will change to 'Used'.
