Now, on the Facebook messenger, the customers can type your business page name and click get started. The chat bot will send a salutation message to the customer and show categories, child categories, product, from the store.
After selecting the product, the customer can view the product images and product options (like - size, color etc.). The customers can also choose the price range in which they want to search the products.
The customer can type a product name and if it matches the product search keywords, the customer will see the product in the messenger.
