Salesforce Connector module allows you to integrate your Magento 2 store with Salesforce CRM. The store owner can export information about categories, products, customers, orders, and "contact us" leads from Magento 2 to Salesforce CRM. Salesforce Connector does the real-time synchronization between Magento 2 and Salesforce CRM.
Use Case of Salesforce Connector -
With the help of this extension, the store owner can transfer customer information from Magento 2 store to Salesforce CRM. Manually adding and updating entries on both the ends is very difficult and time-consuming. As there are hundreds of customers data stored in the Magento 2 store. Salesforce Connector lets the store owner update this data from its store to CRM software.

Workflow of Salesforce Connector -
After the module installation, the admin needs to go to Stores>Configuration>Webkul>Salesforce Connector. Then, enter the API credentials, select default pricebook and folder. Configure auto-synchronization options and upload WSDL file.
Now, the admin can go to Salesforce Connector>Categories and click Export All Categories. All the categories information will be created in the CRM.
To sync products, go to Salesforce Connector>Product and click Export All Products. It will export product name, image, description, categories, and sku to Salesforce CRM.
To sync customer data, go to Salesforce Connector>Account and click Synchronize All Customer and Addresses.
To sync order, go to Sales>Orders and go to Actions and select Sync at Salesforce.
The Contact Us queries information will export to Salesforce Leads automatically.
Benefits of Salesforce Connector -
Salesforce Connector enables the store owner to connect Magento 2 store with the Salesforce CRM platform. When any new customer signs up to the store, the information is automatically updated on Salesforce CRM. If a customer places an order in the store,the information is updated on Salesforce CRM also.
