Enhanced Customer Profile extension enables the store owners to control the purchase from the registered customers by managing their purchase access. This extension provides a facility for the online merchants to block or unblock the customer user profile on the basis of the customer’s previous purchase history. The admin can also rate the customer orders, provide feedback, and review order-wise.

This Enhanced Customer Profile module offers the store merchants a fully-fledged customer profile management. The store owners can now able to manage fraudulent store purchases. The store owners have full control over the customer purchase activities. If any customer asks for frequent refunds, multiple returns, any inappropriate comments, or any irrelevant activity then the store owner can provide bad ratings and feedback to the user. On the basis of these activities, the store owner can block or unblock the customer's purchase.

Moreover, the blocked customers can request the store owner to unblock their profile and the store merchant can approve or disapprove the request. How Does The Extension Work?

Auto Block/Unblock Customer Purchase Access

The store owner can make the settings in the display ratings on the customer, admin email ID, blocked purchase comment, duration between unblocking request, auto block customer purchase average rating, auto unblock customer purchase, initial auto unblock, incremental auto unblock, incremental unblock duration and customer transactional emails.

 

View Previous Block History

To block the customer purchase the store owner can add the block details like the reason for blocking and a note for the same. Similarly, to unblock a customer the customer purchase, the customer can set the auto unblock after a set duration or he can approve the unblock request.

 

Give Customer Order Ratings

Order ratings can also be provided by the store owner for a customer order. For this, the customer needs to fill the ratings by selecting the stars, selecting the order ID, add a summary and description as review and feedback.

 

Send Unblock Request To Admin

The buyers can view the average profile ratings for their profile along with the Request Unblock button will also display if the customer purchase is blocked. From here, the buyer can request the store owner to unblock the purchase. The buyer can also add a note along with the request.

 

Disable Add To Cart Button

If the customer's purchase access is blocked then the buyer will not be able to purchase any item from the store. The user will not be able to view the add to cart button and a button name Purchase Blocked will display at the place of add to cart button, product category page, my wishlist, and product comparison page. In case any item is already added to the cart and the customer will proceed to checkout for the item then this will automatically display an error for purchase block.
