Affiliate System

Affiliate System extension allows online merchants to set up an affiliate marketing system for their e-commerce store. The admin can create custom banners, text ads, and links for its products. Registered users can become affiliates and advertise products on different websites. Affiliate commission rates can be set by pay-per-click, per-unique-click, fixed or percentage commission types. The affiliate term & conditions may be set by the admin. Detailed statistical information such as- track record list, sales record list, payment record list, monthly and annual charts can be viewed. The admin may pay commissions to its affiliate users using different payment methods.

Affiliate marketing is just one of them. With the help of the affiliate system, you can allow other websites to bring traffic to your store. How Does The Extension Works? 

The admin needs to configure affiliate registration settings, email templates, commission rates, payment methods, and program terms & conditions. The admin can then create banners and text ads for its products.

Affiliate Program Terms

The admin will set the terms of the affiliate program and this must be accepted before the user can register as an affiliate.

Category Commission

The admin may add the type of affiliate commission (Fixed or Percent) to a specific category.

Text Banners/Ads

The admin will be in a position to create text banners/ads for affiliates. The admin can add new banners, title banners, contents, links, and banner sizes. The admin can also see the banner preview.

Manage Affiliates

The admin can manage the affiliate user-approve/reject. The admin will pay the commission amount of the affiliate user. The admin may send emails to affiliate users.

Track Sales

The admin can see the list of sales records from the admin panel. Here, the admin may approve the status of an affiliate sales record, after which the affiliate user receives a commission for that order.

Statistics Graph

The admin can see the statistics graph showing the monthly traffic graph. In addition, the admin will be able to see the payment preference method chosen by each individual affiliate.

Affiliate Information

The admin will go to the Affiliate Detail menu to change the commission type or the commission amount individually. Pay Per Click and Pay Per Unique Click the value of the amount. Enable or disable the affiliate for any individual affiliate user.

Become Affiliate User 

New customers and already registered customers can log in or register directly via the frontend sign-in and Affiliate registration options. The customer logs into their account and can see the "Become Affiliate User" link under their account menu. In the case of self-approval, the affiliate will be able to see its full affiliate account menu and a successful message. Otherwise, the admin must approve the affiliate manually.

Products Banners & Ads

You can add banners & ads to the affiliate. Here, the affiliate can check its Product Ads and Banners / Text Ads. Now, the affiliate can copy the HTML code from there and paste it to the website where they want to put it.

When a user clicks a banner or purchases products, the affiliate user will receive a reward. Affiliate users shall be rewarded for the specified click based on the predetermined commission rate.

The customer shall receive the commission only when the order has been completed and the admin has approved the status of the affiliate.

The affiliate can view the different banners and text ads created for the products from the front end, and then simply copy the HTML code to its website. The affiliate may also view traffic, sales, and payment details.

Payout Preference

In order to make a payment or an admin transaction, the affiliate user needs to set the payment method. Here, the seller can choose any one payment method from the payment methods allowed by the admin – Check / Money Order, Bank Transfer Payment, and PayPal Standard Payment. The affiliate may opt for any of the options. If Affiliate Payment is made by an admin, the affiliate user can check the transaction history from the payment grid in his account panel.
