FAQ's are a list of commonly asked questions and answers designed to anticipate your guests needs and answer any questions they may have. FAQ's are used to pre-answer the most common questions of the customers. This extension allows you to display a Frequently Asked Questions section, using accordion animation. The admin can show answers to some commonly asked queries about various topics. It shows the FAQ panel using jQuery animation on the front-end. The admin can create various FAQs and then add them in a FAQ Group. The users can simply click the tabs to view the answer of the question.

Use Case of Accordion FAQ -

With the use of this extension, the admin is able to display information to users in an interactive way. It is also useful for presenting information where there the amount of space is limited. It displays information using collapsible content panels.

Workflow of Accordion FAQ -

After the module installation, navigate through Webkul FAQ->Add FAQ. Create FAQs and add the content, set the order and status.

Then go to Webkul FAQ-> Add/Manage FAQ Group and create new FAQ Group. Set the group name, group code, width, status, and select the CMS page.

Now go to FAQs section to select the questions from the list. Click Save and the FAQ panel will appear on the selected CMS page.
