Accordion FAQ extension adds an easy way to use the FAQ section of your online store with jQuery powered animation. It allows the merchants to create frequently asked questions and answers for their shoppers. In this extension, the store admin can add multiple questions and update the FAQ section. The admin can add an FAQ group and select questions for that group. After that, the admin can show the FAQ group on CMS pages. On the storefront, the customer will view an accordion-style animated FAQ section and click the question to view the answer.

How Does The Extension Work?

Create Multiple FAQs

The admin can easily create & view the multiple FAQs’ under a dedicated Add FAQ option. From the grid, the admin can enable, disable or delete the FAQ. For adding a new FAQ, the admin just needs to enter the FAQ title it's sort order on-page, and the FAQ content under the WYSIWYG editor.


Manage FAQ Groups

The admin after creating FAQs now needs to assign them under different FAQ groups. There is a dedicated option for adding and managing FAQ groups. From the grid, the admin can enable, disable, or delete the FAQ groups. To add a new group, the admin just needs to click on the Add FAQ Group button. Now firstly the admin needs to enter the FAQ group information like a unique group code, group name, etc & set its status. After that select the FAQs’ from the list that need to be added to that FAQ group.


Adding FAQ Group To CMS Pages

Now the admin can post the FAQ group on any created page or create a new CMS page. The admin can add the group to show on the page by using the group code. For this the admin needs to enter this code in the content text area:


Showcasing FAQ Section

After saving the page the Accordion FAQ will be visible on the particular page of the website. From where the customer can clear up all the pre-sales queries they have before buying the right product.
