The Duplicate Categories extension is a must-have tool for any store with many categories. It simplifies the repetitive task of creating similar categories. You will no longer create duplicate categories manually.
On top of that, the extension provides a clear user guide in the administration panel, to describe how to duplicate categories.

Choose Parent Category For Duplicates
The Duplicate Categories extension, allows you to choose a parent category when duplicating a category. You can place the copied category where you need it. After the duplicate, the new copied category with structure will be placed under the selected parent category.
Duplicate With Or Without Subcategories
The extension allows you to choose whether to duplicate only the selected category or to duplicate the category including subcategories.
To includes the subcategories during the duplication, set the "Include subcategories" field to yes. If you need to copy a category with no subcategories, set the "Include subcategories" field to No while duplicating.
Duplicate With or Without Products
With the Duplicate Categories for Magento 2, you can include the category products during the duplication, set the "Include product relations" field to yes, to copy products during the duplication. If you need to copy a category with no products, set the "Include product relations" field to No while duplicating, and your category or subcategory will be duplicated without any products assigned to it.
Find & Replace Content While Duplicating
The extension allows you to quickly find and replace content in the category description, meta keyword, and meta description fields while duplicating.
For example, if you want to replace the category meta keywords "clothes" to "men clothes", just search for "clothes" while duplicating and replace it with "men clothes". The changes will be applied automatically.
Support Multiple Stores
The extension allows to duplicate or copy categories with subcategories and product structure per website or store.
All categories will be duplicated according to the store view.
