You can customize the Magento order, invoice, shipment, and credit memo numbers using prefixes, suffixes, and any combination of numbers, letters, and time variables.
Also, you can set a starting number, increment, and length for order, invoice, shipment, and credit memo numbers. Manually or automatically reset the order counter per day, month, or year.

Customizable Numbering
The extension enables you to customize your order, invoice, shipment, and credit memo numbers to comply with local customs for order numbers. Keep your business info private, attract new clients using order numbers, meet your local invoice numbering requirements, hide your real sales from competitors and make your order number look more professional to customers.
Flexible Number Patterns
You can use any format to configure the order, invoice, shipping, and credit memo numbers. Various variables such as the counter, store name, month, day, year, country code, random numbers, and order ID. Eg. If you use this format "ORD-{yy}-{mm}-{dd}-{counter}" you will have order numbers as ORD-18-12-26-00000022.
Adjustable Increment & Padding Length
You can configure the increment used for generating consecutive order numbers. E.g., If the last order number is 000125, and you set the increment to 4, the next order number will be 000129.
Also, you can define the total number of digits in the order number. E.g., If the order id is 125 and you set the counter padding or length to 8, the result will be 00000125.
Same Number For All Documents
The extension allows you to track billing documents more efficiently by using the same number for invoices, shipping, and credit memos. When you create a new invoice, shipment, or credit memo, it takes the same number as the associated order.
Flexible Counter
You can use a custom starting number for the counter, a separate counter per website, and store view or globally. Also, you can reset the counter manually or automatically per day, month daily, and year.
