By default in Magento, when customers add products to the cart and want to update options or quantity, they will get redirected to the product page to update their options and quantities.  It increases ordering time and the number of abandoned carts. 

The Edit Cart extension adds the ability to edit product options and quantities right on the shopping cart page. Customers can change the options and quantities of any product they have in the shopping cart. It avoids redirecting customers to product pages when they want to updates their product options and quantities. Also, it reduces abandoned carts numbers and enhances the shopping experience.

Edit Cart Via Ajax Popup

The extension support ajax popup. When customers click at the edit item in the shopping cart, a popup display where customers can change their product options, quantities, and update without leaving the cart page. The extension auto-refresh the cart with AJAX anytime product options or quantity change.


Different Product Types & Swatches

The extension support virtual, simple, downloadable, bundle, and configurable product types. Customers can edit the options and quantities of any product type in the shopping cart. The extension works with swatches in configurable products and supports all types of bundle options (drop-down, select, multi-select, etc).


Edit Customization Options

The extension support customs options of all types (drop-down, select, checkbox, radio, etc..), for virtual, simple, downloadable, configurable, and bundle product types. Customers can edit their custom options right at the shopping cart.


Edit Product Quantity

The extension allows customers to change the product quantity in the popup via increment and decrement buttons, or by entering their quantity at the quantity box.
