The Facebook Messenger widget will be visible at the website frontend. The customers can easily log in to the messenger by making a few taps and then send the respective message to the concerned store owner. This extension is surely helpful for the store owners as they will be able to provide a timely response to their customers and thus maintain a healthy relationship.
The admin configures the extension by adding Facebook app ID and Facebook Page ID, selects the theme color, sets the greetings text to be displayed in the frontend at the login and logout screen, and saves the configuration.

To use this extension you must have a Facebook account, Facebook App ID, and page ID. At this time, there are no additional charges for the services. After the Facebook account creation, you need to get Facebook App ID and Page ID to use the Facebook Messenger from here. However, frontend users must have a Facebook account to start live chat. They can create a Free Facebook account from here.
