Tealium’s Magento 2.0 integration automatically builds the data layer in the HTML source. The variables that are present on each page will depend on the page type. All you’ll need to specify is the Account and Profile name. It will also be important to add the Magento 2.0 bundle within the Tealium TiQ interface.
