Display of opt-in checkboxes in various forms
M1 GDPR module allows you enable consent checkboxes for the following forms: Contact Us page, user registration page, product review page, testimonial submit form and newsletter subscription form.
Advanced configuration settings
M1 GDPR module configuration provides easy to use sections to help you configure the display of checkboxes in various forms. Thus you can set a sort order for every consent checkbox, specify the label text for the checkbox and select the forms the checkbox will be shown in.
Account deletion request processing
According to the “Right to be Forgotten” rule, the M1 GDPR module allows your customers request for data erasure. You, in your turn, can process the request manually, delete user requests at all, or cancel a request if you still need some customer's data for reporting till full data removal.
Settings to control automatic data erasure
M1 GDPR module comes with a request processing automation feature. It means you can enable the cron for a process of deleting client’s requests automatically. Through the module configuration, you can set a string name to replace a personal client data. There is also an ability to set the number of days to wait before the cron will process a request.
Access to all provided consents
M1 GDPR module includes easy to use interface that allows you to view all consents accepted by your customers. The grid shows the username, a given consent, the forms the consents were accepted in.
Privacy Tools page
M1 GDPR module has a great feature that provides the customers with information about given consents. The Privacy tools page is available for registered customers in the account navigation panel. There they can also request for account removal.
