Back to topThis Ask It extension allows your visitors to ask questions directly on products, categories, and cms pages. Customer support does make sense. With Ask It extension you provide site visitors with an immediate answer to their questions. Add product questions block either on catalog, cms, or on the product pages. Both guests and registered customers could leave comments. The number of questions while discussing is unlimited.
Our extension comes with Akismet service that stops questions spam. Ask It supports private questions for registered customers. Via module interface, you can also edit customers’ questions as well as follow all available answers from product questions blocks. You can also set up email settings such as email notification about new questions in your store, email sender, and email template both for the customer and admin notification.
