Back to topSwiftERM is a predictive personalisation SaaS for ecommerce marketing. It captures, additional consumer purchases for ecommerce retailers by sending details of the products identified as those each individual consumer is most likely to buy next. It uses each shopper’s buying habits and impressions. Then it sends that individual details of those products automatically, to provoke the purchase. There is no human involvement whatsoever, this is a big data solution. It replaces or runs alongside existing ESP software.
This is an additional revenue stream, using a predictive analytics algorithm. It is developed exclusively for ecommerce retailers, especially those whose consumers have a high frequently of purchase rate i.e. Grocery, Wine, Fashion, Petfoods, Beauty & Cosmetics, as well as vertical interest activities like Cycling, Saddlery and Chandlery.
It substantially increases the AOV and CLV for the retailer, and substantially reduces the volume of return products as it is selecting to offer those items of explicit interest to each individual consumer it addresses.
Installation: A secure password is generated and despatched on registration on the SwiftERM website. Users are invited upload their company logo, to personalize the signature panel in the stylesheet. Free assistance is offered with installation on request.
Trustpilot product rating subscribers automatically have these scores displayed against product selection in each email. The scores come directly from the Trustpilot server. This facility is included for free.
