Overview
Back to topOrder Attachment product enhanced the Magento backend functionality and give business user to add notes in image file format, this gives reference to business admin user as well as end user who can view these notes as attachment in frontend section.
Order Attachment are essential part of communication where admin user sharing the useful information in image format for his & team reference and also for frontend user to get details about the order.
The admin can view images in the store admin order side whereas the frontend user can see in their frontend view order section.
Note:
1. This product supports attachment for images only.
2. If you want to show file in frontend then select "visible on storefront"
How Does the Extension Work?
Step 1:- Enable the extension
Step:2: After the enable extension Go to order section
Step:3 In the Magento order section choose any order and click on the action tab view of any order details.
Step: 4 After clicking on view go to the respective order bottom page.
Step: 5 Admin will find the attachment option to upload any reference image for order details.
Step: 6 After the attachment upload admin can find the same attachment in below side of notes comment and customer can see attachment into the frontend my order section
Main features
- This module helps to attach reference image files in the order notes section on the admin side.
- Attachment will show in both frontend side and admin side. For frontend If selected checkbox with "visible on storefront "then it will be showing in frontend side.
- Easy to use and user friendly.
