Custom Order Number extension for Magento 2 developed by Sparsh Technologies allows the store admin to customize starting numbers and prefixes of billing documents such as orders, invoices, shipments, credit memos.

The team of Magento developers created the extension in particular to perform a wide range of tasks such as setting custom numbers for all orders, store admin can also hide crucial business information and so forth. To enable the extension, one requires to go to Magento 2 admin > Login and enable it from the backend.

  • Easily meet your local or third-party invoice numbering requirements
  • Specify relevant prefixes, suffixes

Configuration

In this extension, you can do multiple tasks such as enabling custom numbering for orders, order number format with prefix and suffix. Also, you can use variables such as d, dd, m, mm, yy, yyyy, store_id and so more. 

 

Custom Order Number Format

As soon as you enable, any order or invoice or shipment or credit memo placed or created will be having a number as in the configured backend format.
