LiveHelp® is a professional live chat for online customer engagement that you can use in your website with a powerful and customizable widget. More and more users prefer to contact companies via live chat: available from any location, real-time like a phone call and discreet like an e-mail. With the advantage that the phone remains free and operators can answer multiple clients simultaneously. In e-commerce websites, a real agent's presence is the key to reduce cart abandonment and increase trust in your Brand offering to support customers in case they have issues during the purchase or payment. 

With this extension web visitors can chat with an agent of your customer service, get real time information about products or services and have a trusted reference. Once installed, Sign up to get a LiveHelp ID and insert the number code it in your website under "LiveHelp > Configuration". Later on, choose a button template and its position, hit "Save Config" and the button to open the chat will immediately appear in your website! You can also set some options, like the ability to show cart to agents and enable order tracking. To Sign in as an agent, you have the link in extension's option panel: just for the first time you can enable the desktop notification. Agents receive a sound alert (customizable in the LiveHelp dashboard) and a desktop notification on their monitors, from which they can accept the chat.
