Satispay is a mobile payment system that allows users to pay in physical and online stores, send money to friends, as well as top up phone credit; all within a few simple clicks. The app for consumers is intuitive, secure and available on Play Store, App Store and App Gallery.

The extension allows you to accept digital payments from Satispay users in a really cheap and secure way making it the ideal solution for your business. Customers make purchases by simply scanning the QR Code generated or inserting their phone number and confirming the payment request from their smartphone. The simplified process reduces the barriers for consumers resulting in fewer abandoned carts at checkout.

Account & Pricing

In order to activate the service, you must complete the signup for Satispay Business. Joining is free as there are no activation costs, monthly fees or deactivation charges.  

The only fee is a commission of:

• 1,5% on payments less than 10€
• 1,5% + 0.20€ for payments equal to or above 10€

Secure
As an Electronic Money Institution authorized and regulated by the CSSF, Satispay adheres to elevated standards of security. In addition, having constructed a system based on the IBAN, Satispay is even more secure than traditional credit/debit cards which can be easily cloned or stolen.

Efficient
Satispay payments are executed in an instant. The system is also extremely efficient in settling payments as the funds received are deposited into your business’ bank account the following business day (T+1).

Manage reimbursement requests quickly and for free
Manage all of your refund requests directly with the Refund function integrated in the Magento back-office without incurring any additional costs. Your customers will be notified immediately with a message from their app. 

Eliminate the risk of chargeback
As soon as the customer confirms the payment, the transaction is completed, thus eliminating the possibility of chargeback.

Security

Upon checkout, customers are redirected to the https://online.satispay.com/pay website. The customer scans the QR Code generated or insert the phone number directly into our secure environment so that the web shop never comes into contact with the customers payment data. Once the payment process is complete, customers will redirected back to your store. No customer data is ever entered into, or stored on, the Magento server.

Per attivare il servizio, è necessario registrarsi a Satispay Business. L'iscrizione è gratuita, non sono previsti costi di attivazione, canoni mensili o costi di disdetta. 

L'unico costo è la commissione di:

• 1,5% sui pagamenti inferiori a 10,00€
• 1,5% + 0,20€ se pari o superiori a 10€

Funzionalità

Soluzione sicura
Essendo un Istituto di Moneta Elettronica autorizzato e regolamentato dalla CSSF, Satispay deve rispettare uno standard di sicurezza molto elevato. Inoltre, basandosi sull’IBAN, Satispay è molto più sicuro delle tradizionali carte di credito/debito che possono facilmente essere clonate o rubate.

Sistema facile e veloce
Satispay consente pagamenti con smartphone in tempo reale e prevede un flusso di cassa veloce, depositando in automatico tutti gli incassi sul conto corrente dell’esercente in un solo giorno lavorativo. 

Gestione rapida e gratuita delle richieste di rimborso
Grazie alla funzione Refund integrata direttamente nel back-office di Magento tutte le richieste di rimborso possono essere gestite con rapidità e senza costi aggiuntivi direttamente dal commerciante. I clienti verranno notificati in tempo reale dell’avvenuto rimborso con un messaggio nella loro applicazione Satispay. 

Elimina le frodi e il rischio di chargeback
Una volta inviato un pagamento con Satispay la transazione è confermata e non può essere più revocata dal consumatore.

Sicurezza

In fase di pagamento, i clienti vengono reindirizzati al sito https://online.satispay.com/pay. Il cliente scansiona il codice QR generato o inserisce il numero di telefono direttamente dalla nostra pagina in modo che il negozio online non venga mai in contatto con i dati di pagamento dei clienti. Una volta completato il processo di pagamento, i clienti verranno reindirizzati al tuo negozio. Nessun dato del cliente viene inserito o archiviato sul server Magento.
