Richpanel is an all-in-one help desk software with features like live chat, private notes, SLAs, canned responses and live session tracking. Richpanel syncs with your Magento store to create accurate profiles of your customers. You can see customer's website visits, orders and tickets; all inside the customer's profile in Richpanel. 

You can enable a custom live chat on your Magento store with just a few clicks. Richpanel gives you the option to configure the messenger theme to match your website. You can also setup email suppot to convert all emails automatically to tickets. Tickets and chat conversations can be assigned to teams or individuals.
