Our tool tracks and analyzes your user's journey then personalize your communication with them by:

Pop-ups can be described as a series of live messages which are triggered automatically by a series of predetermined scenarios. Compared to the other types of messages, pop-ups are displayed on site, while the user is browsing products.

Currently there are 3 pop-up triggers monitored by Retargeting: a subscription pop-up (collects email address, phone number etc), cart abandonment (the tool detects user’s intention to exit the site without finishing the purchase) and product recommender (the tool detects, from the user’s action, his favourite product and shows it in the pop-up.
