    Ratepay is the leading white-label-payment-solution-provider offering the most popular deferred payment methods to sizable online shops in the DACH region. The white label solution optimizes your conversion and ensures that you own your customer journey from the landing page to the checkout. Ratepay covers the entire payment value chain from integration to the dunning process with a smart risk management as its core. Thus, it eliminates the merchant’s credit risk by giving a 100% payment guarantee.

    The Ratepay Payment Module is installed with a few clicks and so up and running in your Online-Shop. A big part of the configuration is automatically, i.e. you enter your IDs / keys in the configuration section of the shop and core-settings are imported to it.  It's easily customizable to the look & feel your clients are used to in your Online-Shop. After installation and configuration you are able to use the Ratepay payment methods in your checkout. 

    We perform several real-time checks to reduce risk, avoid payment losses and avoid identity fraud. There is no need for a PCI DSS certification for you as a merchant for using the Ratepay payment methods. Due to the fact that Ratepay does not offer credit card payments, PCI DSS certifications not required for Ratepay. All customer data are stored on the merchants systems and will be SSL encrypted transferred to Ratepay via API Calls.

    For using the Ratepay Payment Extension an individual account is required. This individual account is created during the integration process.  To get an account please contact Ratepay to get deeper information on the terms and conditions. For testing purposes you can try out the demo account information which you will find here. You will not get an account during the extension installation automatically. 

    This extension is for free but additional costs will be charged together with the final contract.

    With the Ratepay Payment Extension you will be able to use the following payment methods (if contractually agreed):
