Queue-it is a virtual waiting room platform developed to control website and app traffic surges by offloading visitors to a waiting line environment. Its SaaS platform enables ecommerce companies across the globe to keep systems online and visitors informed, capturing key sales revenue and activity during campaigns, flash sales, product launches, and limited collection releases.

Online queues are set up within the virtual waiting room platform to handle end-users who exceed your infrastructure’s capacity. These end-users are first redirected to a virtual waiting room and then passed back to the website or app in a first-come, first-served order. The Queue-it platform is operated in a web-based admin interface that allows IT professionals to control the queue configuration and monitor real-time analytics of peak traffic.

Account & Pricing:

An account with Queue-it is needed to enable the waiting room. To create an account, start a free trial. Queue-it's subscription and pricing are usage-based, with no up-front cost and several plan tiers and billing intervals.

  • Gain peace of mind with 24/7 SafetyNet protection: With this configuration, your website and app traffic levels are constantly monitored by our platform. When the pre-set traffic thresholds are surpassed, excess end-users are automatically sent into the online queue until traffic dips below the capacity limits. If thresholds are not exceeded, end-users do not see the queue page and proceed directly to their purchase. SafetyNet functionality mitigates the unpredictable nature of traffic peaks.
  • Prevent advanced bots and fraud activity: Our advanced fraud protection stops scripted bots and organized a fraudulent human activity, reducing malicious traffic. We have several measures in place to identify and block bot traffic. The basic protection filters out the most obvious bots and challenges them with a CAPTCHA. Alternatively, all users can be presented with a CAPTCHA or limit the number of queue numbers issued to one per validated user, based on unique identifiers such as a user ID or promo code.
  • Handle the hype using pre-queues: A pre-queue can be established before the launch of a high-interest release or flash sale. The pre-queue prevents websites or apps from failing due to pre-sale overload, a common e-commerce scenario. Customers accessing the sale page prior to the launch time will be allotted a randomized queue number once the sale begins, also ensuring fairness among those who arrive before the start of the sale.
  • Get premium reporting: Access to customizable graphs and exportable data for the entire lifetime of your account.
  • Administrate multiple users: Management of new and existing user accounts including unique logins for your employees, each with different accessibility rights through the assigned role on their account.
  • Get notifications & logs: Email notifications of designated user groups of event or account changes made on the Queue-it platform or queue runtime system. The log feature creates a backlog of all changes.
  • Load testing: Load testing allowing you to move a queue or the entire account into a sandbox environment where the normal scripting protection filters are removed so load scripts can run uninterrupted.

Enables You To:

  • Control online traffic peaks
  • Minimize orders lost to website or app downtime
  • Provide a fair experience to your shoppers

Safe & Seamless Integration:

  • Preserve all your Magento functionality without needing to re-integrate at the site level
  • Implement at the exact page level where you expect a bottleneck. A tailored page-level implementation means that even when the traffic threshold is reached for a high-traffic campaign, end-users elsewhere on the website don’t see the queue
  • Implement quickly and easily—Queue-it’s record implementation is 11 minutes.
  • Gain peace of mind with Queue-it’s SafetyNet feature, an insurance policy to protect your website 24/7 during unpredicted traffic surges
