Good customer experience requires very good customer support. In Magento, you usually do that using the contact information displayed on the website, where the user gets contact details. Even contact forms are used as customer service contact Points. However, those methods are not as efficient as the user is not able to raise and track issues. This can be done by a simple and efficient Helpdesk Solution. That is exactly what this extension provides.

This extension is also useful for setting a basic helpdesk or support desk for your Magento 2 store. Customer can raise tickets mentioning orders, and admin can reply to them and manage/administer all tickets. Admin can also manage master data like ticket status, departments. Notifications are sent to Admin and users as required.

 

Features:

  • Admin can add/edit/delete departments: As an admin, you can easily manage departments for your store. Customer request reaches in the right context, saving time for custmer as well as for Admin.
  • Admin can add/edit/delete ticket status like "In progress", "Completed", "On Hold" etc: Every business is different, so there is often need of defining new custom status for the store. You can easily do that here.
  • User can see ticket history in Dashboard: This is one of the biggest advantages of using a helpdesk system. User and Admin both are clearly able to see history and status of issues.
  • User can create tickets from Dashboard: After login, the user can manage tickets from own Dashboard. Tickets can be raised and replied to by the customers.
  • User can associate orders with tickets: To further clarify the context, user can add existing order details in the ticket.
  • Notifications for ticket updates: The system generates a notification for every update on the ticket.
