Overview
Back to topThe Selective Cache extension enhances the cache management options of online merchants. Refreshing the cache can improve website performance significantly. The cache stores various website data that speed up request processing. Maintaining a valid cache ensures a reliable and efficient performance.
However, sometimes certain data stored in the cache becomes invalidated slowing down the performance and affecting the customer experience. The Selective Cache extension allows finding and refreshing such invalidated data in one click.
When you install the Selective Cache extension, you no longer need to check and validate your cache manually. The extension adds the Refresh Invalidated Cache button to the Magento Admin Cache Management page. Clicking this button immediately cleans all invalidated data in the cache restoring the website actual data.
Features
- The Refresh Invalidated Cache button allows clearing only invalidated cache
- Additional direct link to clear the invalidated cache allows you to stay on the same page without going to the Cache Management page to ensure the cache is updated
- One-click recovery of invalidated cache data
- Prevention of cache management errors that can occur with manual cache management
- No need for manual validation of cache data
- Cache management requiring no special knowledge
- Quick installation and configuration
