Overview
Back to topThe Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce functionality expands the opportunities you get with Google Analytics giving you an unprecedented depth of insight into your web store effectiveness. With Enhanced Ecommerce, you can follow your customers every step of their journey across your website. You can see how and where they tend to make the purchase or leave the web store without conversion.
The Enhanced Ecommerce extension allows tracking various customer actions and gather metrics that you can use to analyze the performance of your website. With this extension installed, you can obtain valuable insights about your customers’ behavior: their journey across your website, activity, response to advertising, reasons for leaving your website.
The data that you obtain through Enhanced Ecommerce gives you a special advantage of tracking customers' behavior before the purchase or other conversion action as well as on the order success page. This way, you can improve your user experience or adjust your promotion campaign and, ultimately, increase sales.
The Enhanced Ecommerce extension is easy to install and has wide customization options that allow setting up your analytics in accordance with your business goals.
