Back to topQR Invoice Switzerland with Payment Reconciliation allows you to send QR bills directly from your shop. This works as an offline payment method which is only available in Switzerland with currency CHF, and facilitates the shop owners to generate QR code bill for the order payment & attach it to the invoice email. The customers can download the invoice attached pdf & can easily pay at the bank. Efficient payment reconciliation in the admin panel is possible using the included import tool for camt054 files (which you can download from your E-Banking). Shop owners can easily add their account details (IBAN) on the admin panel. Shop owners can see the details in the invoice grid & payment process grid on the admin panel. The extension also features a fully customizable module for sending payment reminders (dunning).
Dunning feature is present to process the overdue invoices. If the customer has not paid the invoice, the merchant can send the reminders either manually or automatically. Merchant can manage the remainder settings like reminder level, interval, fees, email, and pdf title, email and pdf content from admin panel. Merchant can also exclude the invoice or customer from the dunning process.
