Onepgr Lobby is a cloud-based service that seamlessly integrates with your Magento instance meaning no need to host it on a server with costly monthly fees. It essentially sits on top of every page on your website at the bottom right corner with an overlaying icon.

Upon clicking the overlaying icon, the customers can see options for the live chat, call back and messages. All of this is connected through your onepgr account, which you need to sign up for. Upon signing up for onepgr account, you will receive unique keys for connecting your Magento onepgr lobby to your onepgr account where you can control it and use all of the features available.
